Our Septic Tank Inspection Process Provides You With Peace of Mind

During a normal septic inspection our inspectors will pump and examine the septic tank, checking the liquid level of the tank as well as the baffles (inlet and outlet tees). They will check the tank for any leaks or cracks. Depending on the depth and type of drain field system, they will uncover distribution boxes (if any) and probe the drain field area to see if it is wet, dry or full of sludge.

Inspection process includes the following:

• If the system appears to be functioning at the time of the inspection, we would generally recommend continued biennial septic tank cleaning to help keep the system in the best working order possible. If there are areas of concern with the septic system, our recommendations and associated costs will be reported. No warranty is implied or expressed by this work.
  
  
• We can give you a verbal and hand written report at the time of service. A fax or e-mail copy of the inspection report will be sent only to the person authorizing the inspection (if needed). A written report is documented in the company file & is sent by mail (upon request).
  
  
• In an effort to keep green & sustainable we prefer emailing reports or documentation but other arrangements can be made upon request.
